HOW TO GET HERE
The river is lined with beautiful walkways, with the most popular being the Toowong, New Farm, South Bank and West End walkways that all provide delightful river breezes and stunning city vistas.

By Train
There are two primary stations in the Brisbane CBD, Central Station and Roma Street Station, and all inbound trains travel through both of these and the Fortitude Valley stops. If you’re looking to get to the Queen Street Mall or access the eastern parts of the city (i.e. Eagle Street precincts, Edward Street etc.) then Central Station will be best for you.

By Car, Taxi or Uber
We are conveniently located just a 13-minute drive from Brisbane Airport, making arrivals and departures a breeze whether you’re flying in for business or leisure. You'll be settling into the heart of the city in no time.

By E-Bicycle or E-Scooter
All over Brisbance CBD are E-scooters and E-Bikes for hire through apps.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Things happen and plans change, if you need to cancel or change your dates get in touch straight away, and if it's outside 30 days then a refund is available less a 10% service fee. If it's within 30 days then we will do our best to rebook the dates so you get a refund (less 10%) or full credit for another stay.

And for your peace of mind, our cancellation policy for Corona Virus or any other natural disasters such as fire or flood is; if you cannot physically get to the property because the roads are closed or there is travel advice stating that you cannot travel to the area where the property is located then we offer credits, for everything else our normal policy applies.
HOUSE RULES
We want all our guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, so we kindly ask that you keep the following house rules in mind:

Strictly no parties are permitted on the premises at any time.

Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM, in consideration of our lovely neighbors.

Please be respectful and courteous to those living around you—this helps us maintain good relationships within the community.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment, so please make alternative arrangements if you're travelling with a furry friend.

Most importantly, you are here to relax and enjoy yourself—we hope you feel right at home and make the most of your time here!
